5:16 Players

5:16 Players is the name of our Children's Theater Ministry. The name comes from the Bible verse, Matthew 5:16 which says:
"Let your light so shine before men that they may see your good works and glorify your Father which is in heaven"

The Children's drama ministry is open to all children in 1st- 5th grades and usually does one or two productions per year depending on the scheduling constraints.

There are no auditions; all the children are welcome to participate in the production. The rehearsals are held on Wednesday evenings during school semesters as part of our Fun Wednesday evening activities each week.

Each semseter a new play will begin rehearsal and will be presented at the end of the semester as an entertainment for the congregation.
